  1. TYPE 16 -  OUTGOING, CREATIVE, ANALYTICAL, & ORGANIZED

  3. Type 16 individuals are sociable persons who enjoy activity and are
  4. interested in the results of a project.  They are outgoing, often
  5. plain spoken and may work well either indoors or out of doors.
  6. They do not mind minor interruptions but are often impatient with
  7. lengthy and boring assignments.  They like organizing and planning
  8. projects, but may make decisions before reviewing all the facts.
  9. They work quickly but dislike complicated procedures.
  10.  
  11. On the job, Type 16 individuals are the creative problem solvers.
  12. They enjoy new challenges and learning new skills but dislike
  13. performing the same routine tasks repeatedly.  They work best
  14. during bursts of inspiration and have the ability to come to
  15. conclusions quickly.  They are very patient with complicated
  16. situations but sometimes make errors regarding specific facts.
  17. They have a tendency to follow their inspirations and intuition,
  18. good or bad.

  20. When working with fellow employees, they tend to be firm-minded
  21. and analytical.  They are able to function efficiently in
  22. non-harmonious environments.  They can reprimand or fire people
  23. when necessary.  They do not show much emotion and may hurt
  24. people's feelings without intending to.  When being supervised,
  25. their primary concern is that they be treated fairly.

  27. Type 16 individual like to complete projects on time and may become
  28. irritated if their present project must be interrupted for a more
  29. urgent one.  However, they experiences much personal satisfaction
  30. when a job is completed or they reach a satisfactory conclusion
  31. regarding a person, situation or thing.
